Holistic Birth Class - Giving birth in Germany

Giving birth in Germany - english birthing class. Together with me - Julia, midwife & hypnobirthingteacher - you will have 4 good evenings together with your birth partner and other english speaking couples. 

Topics you will learn about: 

- the rest of your pregnancy, 

 - holistic birth preparation 

 - birth positions, analgetics and different ways in giving birth 

- welcoming your baby and bonding 

- breastfeeding and bottle feeding 

- care of your baby, babywearing and the first year with your baby 

 I‘m looking forward to have a good time with you all. 

The course will be payed by your health insurance. For your partner I have to charge a fee of 80€ to participate at the course, which you can also submit at your health insurance.
